What
is a Group?
Twenty (20) or more friends and neighbors, business
associates, members of a church, bowling league, alumni
group, condo residents, teachers, firefighters, police
officers, doctors, nurses, sports fans, Boy Scouts, Girl
Scouts, sales teams, drinking buddies, classmates, soul
mates, joggers, Vegans, Trekkies or just 20 or more people
who get together and want to see really good entertainment.
Group Savings
By bringing together a group of your co-workers or friends
(or any of the above) your group will receive special
discounts and incentives to all our concerts and events.
Depending on your group's size we offer the following group
incentives:
A. Reduction of the service charge.
B. Preferred seating location per availability.
C. Reduction of meeting room fee, for your
group or organization to gather prior to a concert. Offered
per space availability.
Advance Notice
Once you’ve registered your group with us, your group will
receive information on shows before they are announced to
the public. This gives your group an opportunity to purchase
seats before they go on sale to the public.
How to Book Your Group
Simply give the Group Sales Department a call at
321.433.5824 for dates, times and prices of the events you
are interested in. Our staff will personally help you plan
an outing. We will provide the best available seating , help
you get the appropriate seats for your group and inform you
of our dining and other special packages. You may also
submit a request form here, and a group sales representative
will contact you as soon as possible.

Our Group Sales staff has vast experience working with
groups like yours and they'll personally see to it that your
visit to the Maxwell C. King Center is the best that it can
be.
Additional Amenities - Group Sales & Cocktail
Parties/Catered Dinners
There may be an exclusive group clinic, meet & greet
opportunities as well as advance ticket purchasing as part
of group sales incentives for your group. The King Center's
Catering department also offers a unique opportunity to
combine your group event with catered cocktail parties and
dinners at one of our other events rooms making dinners and
parties a short walk away from the main event in our

When Should We Arrive for the Show/Event
Generally, doors open one hour prior to the event, so you
can arrive anytime after that. If there is an exclusive
group only pre-show event, you will be notified as to the
appropriate arrival time.
What is the Deadline for Ordering Group Tickets
Order deadlines vary by show, so please ask for details.
How Do We Pay for Our Group Ticket Order?
Simply call or e-mail your order to the Group Sales
Department. A 10% refundable deposit is required to obtain
seat location. We accept Visa or MasterCard. Checks and
money orders should be made payable to The King Center and
must be received no later than six (6) weeks before show
date to be accepted. Any cash or in-person payments must be
scheduled in advance.
What is Your Policy on Refunds, Exchanges, or Lost
Tickets?
We are sorry, but tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or
exchanged. If the event is cancelled or postponed a full
refund is awarded.
