Pre-selected and Guaranteed Seating – Your personal, guaranteed seats for every concert that The Brevard Jazz Series promotes at the King Center and at other smaller venues.

As a member you will have guaranteed seats to every BJS concert! No more concerns about what seats will be available or when to contact us! Your selected seats are guaranteed for you for very BJS produced/promoted concert at the King Center and other small venues as long as you maintain your membership responsibilities.

With your invitation to the Platinum Club you will be given a list of available Platinum Club seats at the King Center. You will then be asked to select up to ten seats from that list which will then become your seat locations for the duration of your one membership!

For Intimate Concert Series concerts a seating charts will be made available to you as soon as an intimate concert is announced and seating diagram is available. You will then make your permanent seat selection from the seats that are available at that time. Your seating at Intimate Concerts is also guaranteed for you. Due to the different venues and seating arrangements, Intimate Concert seats may vary from one concert to another. If there is a new seating chart, we will provide that particular seating chart to Platinum Club members by membership number for seat selection before tickets go on sale to the general public.

- PC members are responsible for the purchase of their Platinum Club seats to all King Center and Intimate Concert Series concerts during their one year membership period. PC members will be allow to pass on two (2) BJS produced/promoted concerts at the King Center and two (2) BJS Intimate Series concert at any venue location within their one year membership period. Passing on more than two (2) King Center concerts and two (2) Intimate Series concerts within a year membership will void the full Platinum Club membership. No refund will be available.

BJS will notify PC members of upcoming concerts in advance via email. The notice will contain a date deadline by which members must contact BJS to let us know whether or not they will purchase their PC seats to the announced concert. If BJS does not receive a notice response by the deadline date, members will forfeit their seat location for that particular concert and will be charged with one missed concert.

Members will have the option to renew their PC membership every year.

Additional Conditions

The membership fee for new members is $125 per year. The membership is not transferable or refundable.

Changes in seating -

Due to reasons beyond our control the seats you chose may be unavailable for a particular concert. If your seats become unavailable for a particular concert we will notify you as soon as we know. We will offer you the best seats available to us at that time. This offer will occur in order of membership. Member number one will be offered available seats first, then member number two and so on. There will be no PC membership refund if your Platinum Club seats are not available for a particular concert or we run out of seats to offer you.

Payment –

Payment will be made via check only. Payment details will emailed to you with your acceptance letter.

BJS Guarantee -

BJS guarantees a minimum of four concerts in a calendar year (Jan-Dec). If BJS does not offer its PC members at least four concerts (King Center or Intimate Concert Series) in a calendar year, a full refund of your Platinum Club membership will be available to you.

Other information -

BJS will not be held responsible for any unforeseen conditions or situations that have not been discussed within these paragraphs
